Minor Policy
Please review the following requirements before booking an appointment for a minor.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 16+, except first earlobes, which are available from 4 months+
Guardian Presence
A parent or legal guardian must be present in the room during the entire appointment.
Valid ID Required
We only require a valid government-issued ID from the parent or legal guardian. No birth certificate or any form of identification from the minor is required.
Notarized Consent
Notarized consent is required for all minors.
In-Shop Notary
Notary services are available in-shop for an additional $10. Every minor needs a notary!
