Minor Policy
Please review the following requirements before booking an appointment for a minor.
Age Requirement
I accept clients ages 13 and up.
Guardian Presence
A parent or legal guardian must be present in the room during the entire appointment.
Valid ID Required
A valid government-issued ID from the parent or guardian is required.
Notarized Consent
Notarized consent is required for all minors.
In-Shop Notary
Notary services are available in-shop for an additional $10. Every minor needs a notary!
